About DCHBA
MISSION STATEMENT
The Door County Home Builders Association (DCHBA), chartered in 1979, is a nonprofit, professional trade organization representing the building industry in Door County and surrounding areas.
DCHBA is affiliated with the Wisconsin Builders Association (WBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
Members of the DCHBA are committed to working together to represent the interests of the building industry.
Our role is to work with our community and government to provide safe, attainable quality housing, with integrity, high standards of professionalism, concern for the environment, and service.
DCHBA offers education awards to Door County high school students entering a field in the home construction or related industry. A member benefit is an education award for family members and employees of members.
In March of 2025, DCHBA participated in the Door County Economic Development Corporation’s (DCEDC) high school career fair, introducing students to many of the trades and home construction supporting businesses.
All membership applications are subject to the approval of the Door County Home Builders Association Board of Directors
